1. A device is one met mast, lidar or sodar. A token is used when you upload your data and you can then use Moli for that device for one calendar month from that day.

What does "Moli" mean?
Moli stands for “monitoring lidar”, because when we first launched Moli, it was for monitoring lidar.
What lidars does Moli support?
Moli supports all vertical-profiling wind lidars, including:

Moli supports all met masts data loggers that output a text file and some binary formats, including:
- Campbell Scientific data loggers
- Kintech Engineering loggers
- NRG Symphonie loggers
Got a different logger? Get in touch and we’ll see about adding support for it, to Moli.
What metrics do you calculate, and how are they defined?
Moli calculates lots of KPIs for your systems, including data availability and system uptime every hour, day, month, and for your campaign.
Moli also calculates KPIs and metrics for your wind measurements, including mean wind speed, wind roses, wind speed distributions, and other metrics at timescales including hourly, daily, monthly and for your campaign.

Can I try Moli out?
Are my data safe?
Yes!
Our data protection policy describes the policies and procedures we’ve implemented at enerlace to keep your data safe. It includes information like:
- What data we collect, and why
- Where we store your data
- How we protect your data
- Our data access policies
Where are my data kept?
Your data are stored on servers operated by us and located in Germany. The server host is accredited to ISO 27001.
Can we set up an NDA?
Yes.
We take your data security very seriously, but we’d be happy to add an NDA for extra peace of mind.
We can usually get an NDA set up in a few days.
Depending on your needs, it might be easier to use some non-sensitive data initially to test Moli, and work on the NDA in parallel. That way, we can get you started while the NDA is in progress.
