Wind Monitoring Made Easy
Everything You Need for Wind Measurement Monitoring, in One Platform
Moli is a web-based platform that helps teams monitor, manage, and share wind measurement data. It reduces manual work, supports collaboration, and helps issues surface earlier – based on decades of experience in wind measurement practice.
Used by teams across the wind energy sector
Monitoring wind data is deceptively complex
Wind measurement campaigns run for long periods and involve many small, repeated tasks: checking data availability, identifying issues, documenting events, and communicating status.
These tasks are important, but they are often handled using spreadsheets, scripts, and manual processes that do not scale well across multiple sites or teams.
- Manual checks consume time without adding insight
- Issues can remain unnoticed for too long
- Knowledge is difficult to share or hand over
- Reporting and documentation are inconsistent
Built on experience in wind measurement and software
Enerlace was founded by Ines Würth and Andy Clifton, who together bring over 35 years of experience in wind energy, wind measurement, and wind lidar.
They have contributed to – and in several cases directly developed – methods and processes that underpin the commercial use of wind lidar today.
How our monitoring solution works
Moli supports monitoring, alerting, reporting, and collaboration across wind measurement campaigns.
Clear monitoring with structured data management
Moli provides a shared view of wind measurement campaigns, helping teams understand data availability, quality indicators, and ongoing issues without relying on manual checks.
At the same time, it supports structured data management, making it easier to share information, document decisions, and collaborate across organisations.
You get:
- Central overview of devices and campaigns
- Consistent monitoring and reporting
- Shared access for teams and stakeholders
- Data sharing between organisations
- Export to multiple data formats (coming soon)
Focused development, responsive to real needs
We develop Moli iteratively, working closely with users to understand where time is lost and where clarity is missing.
If a capability is not yet available, we discuss it openly and, where appropriate, incorporate it into the roadmap.
You get:
- Regular feedback from active users
- Short development cycles
- Clear communication about planned features
- Preference for robust, maintainable solutions

Answers to practical questions
These are some of the questions we are often asked when teams first look at Moli.
Is Moli difficult to set up or maintain?
No. Moli is designed to fit into existing monitoring workflows with minimal setup.
We support users during onboarding and focus on reducing ongoing manual effort rather than adding complexity.
Does Moli replace our existing tools or analysis software?
No. Moli complements existing tools.
It focuses on monitoring, oversight, and data management, while analysis remains with the tools you already use.
We’re working on making it easier to exchange data with those tools, by removing the need to download data and then upload it again. Please get in touch and tell us which tools you work with, and we’ll see what we can do!
How does Moli help when several people or organisations are involved?
Moli provides a shared view of measurement campaigns, making it easier to coordinate work, share information, and keep everyone aligned on data status and issues.
Where are my data stored?
Moli is hosted in data centres in Germany.
On-premises deployments are also available.
Is Moli suitable for both small and large projects?
Yes. Moli can be used for individual measurement campaigns and also scales to larger fleets with multiple users and stakeholders.
Is there a free trial?
Yes!
